Our business purpose is to perform legal services such as making sure legal documents are authentic, verify the identity of the person who's signing the document(s) and collaborate with buyers and sellers. We also administer Oaths and Affirmations when needed and most importantly we focus on notarizing all required documents correctly.

General Notary Work

Our mobile notaries are National Notary Association (NNA) trained and Errors & Omissions (E&O) insured.

All general notary work has a $5 fee per notary stamp and a $40 non-negotiable travel fee.

Escrow and Real Estate Closing Charges

$110 - $250
